Slopeside Room
Our Biggest Room
The Slopeside Room is our largest private event space and can accommodate up to 300 guests for theater-style seating, making it a great fit for seminars, meetings, conferences, receptions, reunions, fundraisers, birthday parties, and more.
For formal sit-down meals, capacity varies depending on your layout and event needs:

Up to 150 guests for formal seating (no DJ, dancing, or AV needs)

Up to 120 guests with a dance floor and DJ/entertainment space

Fireside Room
Intimate, Flexible & Full of Character
The Fireside Room is a warm, inviting space ideal for intimate gatherings and casual events. With a beautiful stone fireplace and rustic charm, it’s perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthday celebrations, networking events, and small receptions.
This room can be arranged for seated dining or opened up for a cocktail-style setup with standing room and cocktail tables, allowing flexibility based on your event style. Food and beverage options are available for all events.
Brookside Room
A Cozy Space for Social Gatherings & Small Events
The Fireside Room is a warm, casual private space designed for smaller group gatherings. It’s ideal for up to 40 guests in a relaxed bar-style setting and includes table seating, bar access, a fireplace, and an 80-inch TV—perfect for presentations, slideshows, or catching the big game.
This space is best suited for networking events, birthday parties, retirement celebrations, bachelor & bachelorette gatherings, and sports watch parties. Access to our Deck & Patio area may also be available depending on the season and event schedule.
As with all of our event rentals, food and beverage options are available.

Pubside Room
Belly up to the Bar in our Most Casual Space
The Pubside Room is our most casual event space, centered around the bar and located adjacent to the Fireside Room. It’s ideal for cocktail hours, after-hours social events, small celebrations, reunions, and relaxed wedding gatherings.
For additional space and flow, the Pubside Room can be combined with the Fireside Room and select outdoor areas, creating an even more open and social atmosphere for your event.
Food and beverage options are available for all event rentals.

Rent the Mountain
Exclusive use of lodge & outdoor space for up to 1000+ people
Rent the entire mountain at Lost Valley for a truly private event experience. This option includes exclusive use of the full lodge and base area outdoor spaces, making it an ideal choice for large-scale events such as weddings, celebrations, and corporate events.
Full mountain rentals can accommodate large guest counts across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, with the ability to customize layouts based on your event needs. Optional add-ons include mountaintop chairlift access, and food and beverage service.
