Join us at Lost Valley’s Brewpub for expertly crafted food and beer pairings for our first Pub Pairings. Enjoy a specially curated three-course prix fixe menu for $35, where each course is thoughtfully paired with a 4 oz LVB sample.

Fire Roasted Cauliflower Head Paired with LVB Wishmaker Kolsch
– A Fire-Roasted Cauliflower Head over sweet corn purée, finished with chive oil and a crisp lemon zest gremolata.

Strawberry Habanero Chicken Paired with LVB Otterslide IPA
– Strawberry Habanero Chicken and charred onion jam over stone-ground grits.

Rip it Red Ganache Truffle Bite Paired with LVB Rip it Red
– Rip it Red Infused Dark Chocolate Ganache w/ Cocoa Powder & Dried Strawberry Crust.

This event marks the beginning of our quarterly Pub Pairings Series, where guests can look forward to future prix fixe dinners paired with wine, cider, and spirits throughout the year. Future dates are TBD.
