Brewpub Open 4pm-9pm, Live Music 6pm-9pm and full restaurant menu available with full bar offerings. Join us at our family-friendly brewpub with indoor & outdoor activities

Like many brewery origin stories, Trinken started from humble beginnings in a home basement. The seed was first planted after branching off together from a business venture that didn’t pan out. Meeting for the first time and collectively coming together to form the foundation of our business.

Trinken, meaning ‘to drink’ in German, was settled upon for our name with the desire to follow those tried and true German styles and traditions. Also, Tyler’s family resides in Hanau, Germany, of which we pay homage to with our flagship brew, Hanau Hefeweizen.
