What are the hours of operation?


We're every Friday & Saturday in October, Rain or Shine, 6 pm - 11 pm. Most of our Haunt is indoors in our rain-free basement, so unlike other haunts, we are always open for frightening fun.


Do you accept debit/credit cards?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover at our ticket office


What is offered at the Mountain of Terror?

Walk through our spine-chilling Dark Cellar

Are you open if it’s raining?

Yes. We will be open rain or shine. The largest part of our Haunt is indoor. 

Lines will also be undercover. 

The Chairlift Ride will be open weather permitting.

Do you offer a group discount for the Mountain of Terror?

Groups of 10 or more will receive $2 off per person on Dark Cellar and Chairlift Passport Package only

Is my child too young to walk through the haunted basement?
We do not have a specific age limit to participate in our event.
If your child is too afraid, they should not begin the walk. If a child needs to exit the walk, an adult must accompany them. We do not offer refunds, except for medical emergencies.


If I enter the haunted basement and get too scared, what do I do?

If you get too scared, stay calm and tell the tour guide and they will escort you outside. We do not offer refunds, except for medical emergencies.


Do you have strobe lights & fog throughout the Mountain of Terror?

Yes. We have many strobe lights and fog throughout the entire event, inside and outside.
Use your discretion if you have Asthma, Epilepsy, Heart Condition or any other medical condition.


Will the actors touch us, or can we touch the actors?

No. Actors will not touch you. Please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental and unintentional contact may occur.


Is there an age limit for the Mountain of Terror?

No. However, due to the graphic nature, it is not recommended for small children, toddlers or babies.


How large of a group can enter the Dark Cellar?

Groups of 4 to 8 people can go in at a time.


Can I wear a costume?

Costumes are not recommended in the Dark Cellar or Chairlift Ride.


Can we be denied access?

Yes. We will not allow foul language, obscene behavior, weapons, alcohol, drugs, etc... We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone we deem not appropriate for entry.
