We are aware of the many different persons, services and facilities that must be coordinated when planning a function. To make this
this task easier for you we have (what we call) a "Green Sheet". This is a way for us to hold a date for you for two weeks without
any firm commitment on your part. If during that time we should get another serious request for the same date, we will then call you
and ask if we should continue the hold. We hope that before or at the end of the two weeks, you will get in touch with us to either:
Confirm the date into a regular booking
Extend the "Hold" for one more week
Release that date and not book at this time

These prices are for 100 or more guests. There is a surcharge for less than 100. Please note that these prices include the use (Rental
Fee) of the facilities.
The head, honor, hors d'oeuvres and cake tables are draped with the appropriate cloth skirts. Service is on
linen tablecloth and matching flatware. For weddings and anniversaries, the head table will be decorated with silver candelabras and
matching champagne buckets.

This is an important notice on billing and payment of the bill.
1. The number that is "quoted" or the number served, whichever
is higher, is the number that you will be billed for. For this reason, we suggest that you do not include any guests that you are
not sure of. However be as accurate as possible.
2. We must have your committing figure five(5) days prior to the reception/function.
We will accept increases (only increases!) as late as three(3) days prior to the function. Please keep us informed of increases on
a daily basis.
3. Traditionally, food and beverage charges are due when served. A detailed bill for the food, beverages and services
rendered will be prepared during the function and presented to you before you leave. Unless prior arrangements have been made with
management, payment is expected at that time. For Weddings, payment is expected at the final appointment.
4. Credit cards cannot be
accepted.
5. Deposit: We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 due at the time of the booking. $250 of the deposit will be applied
to the room set-up fee and the balance will be applied to your function.
6. When ordering a two (2) meal selection, pricing will be
charged based on the high priced item.
7. If you choose to have your ceremony here, we have a beautiful gazebo or in front of the
field stone fireplace; $250.00
8. Clients will be held financially responsible for any damages caused by guests.
